All vendors working with Tervita should receive a copy of Tervita's Vendor Onboarding Package from their Tervita contact. This package helps vendors familiarize themselves with Tervita's policies and procedures.
If you do not have a Master Services Agreement or Supplier Agreement with Tervita, please use the links below to download the applicable Tervita Terms & Conditions (Ts&Cs).
For US vendors, Newalta Environmental Services Inc. has changed its name to Tervita Environmental Services Inc. effective February 14, 2019. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment is available here.
In addition, Tervita requires that all vendors acknowledge, commit and comply with its policies. All relevant Tervita policies for vendors can be found in the Vendor Onboarding Package.
If you are not a current Tervita vendor and are interested in working with the company, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Forward to Supply Chain Management".
As per our Indigenous Relations Guiding Principles, we encourage Indigenous people to seek business opportunities with our company. If you identify as an Indigenous-owned business and would like to speak with someone about opportunities to work with Tervita, please contact Community Relations.
