If you have an MSA with Tervita and are unsure as to whether your company's MSA includes all of the Midstream Services scopes of work, please contact us (attention: Contracts Manager).
A Waste Approval Application Form (WAA) is required for submission and approval of any solid waste for Tervita landfills. Once approved, Tervita will supply a Waste Confirmation Number pertaining to the appropriate waste stream(s). The WAA form can be found at the following link:
Tervita’s Solid Waste Acceptance Protocol sheets are provincially specific for proper waste characterization and the analytical parameters for each solid waste stream. Details within the protocol sheets outline the various testing requirements and associated concentrations or levels of each parameter. The protocol sheets can be downloaded at the following links:

All Waste Management Services are governed by Tervita’s Standard WCSB Price Book for accessorial charges that may be applied to Tervita’s Waste Management Services, unless agreed to in a quote or fully executed Contract. The price book can be downloaded at the below link:
